Here is another one one of our Halloween recipes for you to enjoy – Banana Ghosts!

It is important to make Halloween foods not only fun but healthy too. This must be taken into consideration especially if you have a lot of kids on your guest list. One of the healthy recipes you could do is banana ghosts.

Ingredients:

  • 15 bananas
  • 22.5 ounces white chocolate
  • a cup of candies (that may resemble eyes and mouths)

Instructions:

Ghost Banana PopsiclePeel the bananas. Cut them width-wise into two. Then, insert a popsicle stick into every half. After which, separately wrap them with plastic and freeze them for about three hours.

Next, microwave 22.5 ounces of white chocolate candy in a bowl until it is completely melted. Using a butter knife, apply the melted chocolate on the frozen bananas. Set them on a covered dish. Use candies to serve as eyes and mouth. Then, refrigerate them until it’s time to serve.
