Harry Potter costume came used. box tapped together. Robe had hole and run in nylon-like fabric. Costume Craze denies selling used costumes. They REFUSE to stand by their product b/c I didn't call w/in 48 hours. I am stuck w/ defective product.

I will never order from this place again. Very Bad Customer service. I called my order in by phone on Monday and they gave me a confirmation # and said the charge went through. I checked my transactions through online banking and the charge said it was on hold pending transaction. the very next day i check my email and it said that my order did not go through and the credit card declined because my billing address was different from the shipping address. they did not ask me any questions nor verify this at the time i placed my order. they said they will have to charge my card again and modify my billing address.
They would not upgrade the shipping for me since they failed to notify me of any issues at time of order and i had to pay extra $$ to get this shipped overnight. They would not upgrade and expedite the shipping at their expense. On top of this, I ordered two items and received the wrong product. It is such a hassle to order from this company... I will go back to ordering my costumes from buycostumes.com from now on!!! I have not had any problems with them in the previous years that I made purchases.

"Horrible!!! For the 2nd year in a row, I have ordered a costume 3 weeks before Halloween that I was told was in-stock and that I got charged for only to be notified 1 week before Halloween that the item was not in stock. This year in fact, I received some stupified excuse that they thought squiggly pig costume for my 2 year old daughter was in stock on Oct. 9th when I ordered it, but the box came in and it was empty, WTF! An empty box delivered to you and you did nothing about it, nor did you contact me two weeks ago when you realized this. So once again I am forced to change the costume for my child just a couple of days before Halloween. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL TRY TO WRITE BAD REVIEWS EVERYWHERE I CAN!!!!!! And I better get my money back with no problems or else!"

They are a horrible place to buy things from. They cancelled my order 3 days before I needed it to arrive. When I called, they told me that I could re order, but would have to pay for expedited shipping. Go somewhere else and shop.

I've ordered a santa jumpsuit for 2-4 toddler as stated in thier item description,when I recieved it,the package reads 1-2 (USA 2-4). The jumpsuit fits okay if not wearing any undershirt,only pullups.,but the santa hat won't fit...but will fit an infant's (new born) head intead! This item will fit 1-2 but not 2-4 Toddler USA ! I will not buy from this Place again!

I ordered 2 costumes on Wed and needed delivery before Saturday. Since I was concerned about any delays, I called I called to confirm both items were in stock before completing the online order form. I paid extra for two day shipment and everything arrived perfectly. UPS Tracking #'s were emailed to me reducing any worries whether or not I would get the gift in time. My 5 year old has been wearing his Jedi cloak for the past 4 days! THANK YOU...

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE Oh I wish I had read the reviews posted here. The customer service at this e-commerce site is the worst I ever experienced, and I do A LOT of online shopping. I ordered 6 items, of which they shipped the 3 cheapest items. Yet, they charged me the full $13.99 shipping even though they shipped only 1/4 of the value of items. Most e-retailers prorate their shipping. After waiting 30 days for the remaining items, I called to cancel the remaining order. When I called to ask for a prorated shipping charge refund, they said no. I advised them that it was poor customer service and it was a bad way to do business. They couldn't care less. I wouldn't recommend this e-retailer to anyone. STAY AWAY and save yourself some headaches. I doubt this place will be in business for very long

Well organized, fast and easy purchase. After an exhaustive search of internet stores, I found Costume Craze to have the lowest prices on the same costume across the board. Even better, they have low shipping costs and ship same day. Fantastic!

Everything up to the point where I received my daughter's Halloween costume was great. Once the costume came in the mail we were quite excited only to find that the costume had a large tear in it. I then called and asked about a replacement and they were unable to get me a new costume by Halloween, which was fine as long as I received my refund. The lady on the phone assured me that I would receive my refund as well as the cost to ship the defective product back after they received the costume. Now two and a half months later I receive a response stating that they will not return my shipping costs and that I am being charged a restocking fee, with my refund in the form of store credit. A restocking fee on a defective item I had never heard of such a thing. They have refused to rectify the situation, and therefore I would suggest never using this company because if you have a problem you will be out of luck on your money.

I ordered Shrek donkey ears (my 4 year old used them for a skit at Grandma's Christmas party). He was so cute singing "Little Grey Donkey" with his ears. Just what I wanted, and shipped very, very fast! Thank you Costume Craze!
