Either we were too eager or it took too long to get here? The batman costume was kind of rolled up like it wasn't put in the package right. Other than that we love the products-good price & availability.

I ordered a costume for a 4 year old. The size said 2-4 years old. The costume would fit a 6 year old and it was not marked with a size on the inside.

Staff were so nice to speak to on the phone, first order was to big, but had a very quick turn around with new order and very quick credit of first order. Second order was perfect! I would highly recommend!

Your website offers a way to track orders, but has some glitches. I placed an order on May 2, but lost the order number. My order did not show up in my order history, and had not been billed to my credit card until May 4. I placed a duplicate order.

Although the costume did not fit my daughter, the shipping was super fast, and the email communication superior. I will update if there is any problems with the exchange... Great seller so far!!

When most others did not have this item in stock, this merchant did. I liked the fact that I could look and check availability. I would have preferred using PayPal.

Nice to find reasonably priced play costumes for my son, (was able to order my son two cosutmes instead of one!). Was also pleased that the site didn't add on extreme shipping costs. My son is going to be thrilled when he receives his order in the mail!!
